Return and Refund Policy

Returns are only available for items not marked “final sale” if they are in their original packaging and condition without being washed or worn. Please email support@revivalapparelco.com and include your email address and order number. Revival Apparel Co. offers FREE returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of the order's original ship date. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Your store credit will be in the form of an E-gift card which will be available within 3 to 5 days after we receive and process the return. Each E-gift card will expire five (5) years after the original issue date. 

Cancellations:

Please note that our orders CANNOT be cancelled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.  

The following categories are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned:

• All Accessories
• Clearance Items (marked as “FINAL SALE”)
• Hats

Damaged or Defective items on receipt:

If you receive a damaged item, contact our customer care team within 72 hours of receipt. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.
